CAKE DESIGN
It will be handled based on what was agreed and desired by the client. Likewise, Sweet Mountain will have the freedom to redesign the product to provide a better quality to the structure and aesthetics of said product. In the same way, the flavor and color of the product will be made based on what the supplier market offers. Being able in some cases to vary if they are not the same product. The client accepts and understands everything stated above before his request is accepted.
DESIGN UPDATES
Changes in the design, flavor or color of the product have a limit of 1 week before the date agreed with the client. As of the aforementioned week, Sweet Mountain may charge a surcharge on the total price of the product, since the change was made outside the agreed date. Likewise, if this payment is not made, the product will be canceled and half of the initially agreed amount will be taken as compensation for the service provided.
DELIVERY/COLLECTION TO THE CUSTOMER
The delivery of the product will be made in two ways:
– Collection: Where the customer will be told the collection address for later collection. Likewise, Sweet Mountain will not be responsible for damage to the product after its collection. Finally, if the customer wishes to hire a private delivery/pickup service for the product, Sweet Mountain will not be held responsible for any damage received after the delivery of the product.
– Delivery: This option allows the customer to deliver the product to the address provided by the customer. Similarly, it will have an additional cost to the product and will be calculated based on the distance. Likewise, Sweet mountain will not be held responsible for damages caused by bad weather or accidents arising from the shipment of the product. Finally, it will only be available in some places in Utah (consult).
NON-EDIBLE ITEMS
Sweet Mountain is not responsible for the ingestion of non-edible items placed on your cake and desserts such as flowers, wires, ribbons, etc. The customer must remove any non-edible items before consuming the cake. Likewise, the non-edible products will be detailed to the client to avoid these inconveniences.
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
The client must notify any allergy known to the consumers of the cake or dessert at the time of consuming the product. Likewise, Sweet Mountain is not responsible for medical problems that may arise from the consumption of the product.
.The products used in the cake or dessert will be obtained in authorized sales centers by the state of Utah. Therefore, they have been certified, licensed, regulated, or inspected by state or local authorities. Similarly, in the production of these foods, Sweet Mountain will go to great lengths to avoid cross-contamination, these products are made in a shared kitchen with all known common allergens including milk, soy, wheat, eggs and all nut products. Finally, Sweet Mountain cannot guarantee that the product is 100% free of allergens. Customer understands that in the event of an extreme allergen or medical condition, the Company strongly encourages Customer to order through another specialty bakery and reserves the right to pass on the specialty order.
PAYMENTS
For the realization of the product, an advance payment of 50% of the total payment will be requested before the day of the realization of the product and the final payment will be made at the time of delivery of the product.
Different payment options will be accepted such as cash, Zelle, debit card, etc.
A 3% merchant fee will apply for Venmo and credit card. To avoid the fee, American First transfers, cash in advance, cleared check or CashApp can be accepted.
